Many customer service driven industries have forgotten the true meaning of "Customer Service".
In our house we have a saying. "Mediocre is not acceptable". I find myself too often identifying everyday situations and moments to give examples to my children on what not to do. I would like to think that they see in me a great example of what to do and how to treat others. What separates me from the rest? A focus on demonstrating excellent customer service characteristics at all times. Providing excellent customer service is not a choice in my opinion. It is imperative.
